The rangefinder automatically displays the distance to the front, center, and back of the green from your current location. As a result, you can quickly learn the distance to the pin, the left dogleg, the sand trap just short of the green, and the tree that's just waiting to vacuum up your approach shot. The powerful rangefinder displays the information on a high-resolution 2.2-inch color screen, with full-color custom mapping. This gives you a vivid "down the fairway" perspective for easier and better course management. Best of all, the XGC+ is preloaded with more than 16,000 North American golf courses ready to use right out of the box. No membership fee is required to use the XGC+, and no course downloads are necessary to get started.

Among the specific rangefinder features are automatic course recognition and automatic hole advance, which make it easy to transition from course to course and hole to hole; an intuitive user interface; an accurate shot distance feature; options for score-keeping and statistics; and a durable rainproof housing. Legal for tournament play, the XGC+'s lithium-ion battery runs for up to 16 hours per charge.

The rangefinder--which measures 2.15 by 3.85 by 0.75 inches (W x H x D)--comes with a power cord/adapter, a USB sync cable, a storage pouch, a belt clip, and a quick-start guide. The bundle carries a one-year warranty.
